Notice of Exterior Wall Renovation Work

Dear Valued Guests,

Thank you very much for choosing to stay at our hotel.

We would like to inform you that exterior wall renovation work will be carried out during the following period to ensure the safety and upkeep of our building.

Renovation Period:
From September 1, 2025 to December 26, 2025
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (subject to change due to weather conditions)

During the renovation period, there may be some noise, vibrations, and visual obstructions due to scaffolding or construction activity.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for
all our guests.

Information about instructions for booking on On-line Travel Agency(OTA).

The following examples occur in the reservation from the OTA.
About reservation in the OTA, Target OTA site may sell vacancy frame which hotel provides in another
OTA site (called “partner Reserve site” as follows.) to customer based on partner contract with Reserve site.


In that case, confirmation of reservation may be difficult by the following examples.


・We cannot confirm reservation at hotel by information is not notified hotel from target OTA site or being late than hotel arrival of customer.
・In reservation information notified contents and hotel of e-mailing of reservation completion delivered
to customer with difference (type or number of room type).


Based upon the foregoing, when we cannot confirm reservation upon arrival, we need time for staying confirmation and may decline staying.


In addition, please note the following point when you perform confirmation of reservation in “target OTA site”.

・About reservation in target OTA site, we cannot accept any confirmation, change, cancellation (including the prior settlement by credit card) concerning procedure even if you contact hotel directly.
・Please refer to target OTA site that made a reservation for you for Confirm・Change・Cancel Reservation.

Regarding the Cleaning of Guest Rooms

For the preservation of our environment and from a SDGs perspective, ECO cleaning will be enforced,
during a consecutive stay.

This includes:
・Exchange towels. (please put the used towels in the bathtub)
・Replenishing of water bottles and amenities.
・Emptying the trash. (only the trash in the trash can)

For guests with extended stay, a full cleaning will be conducted on once in the every 3rd day of your stay.

Guests who would like to request a different day / time than the one designated, notify the front desk. Requests can be made up until your designated date.
Please be advised, that room cleaning is from 10:00 ~ 14:30 daily.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in our hotel’s strive to maintain sustainability.
