We have taken the below precautionary measures so that you can continue to enjoy your MORETHAN experience as safely as possible.
・We will take the temperatures of all customers and staff, and those with fevers above 37.5°C (99.5°F)
will be asked to please refrain from entering.
・Sanitizer has been made available at each eating space or shop, please don’t hesitate to use this.
・All staff are required to frequently gargle, sanitize and wash their hands while working.
・All staff will be wearing masks.
・There has been a limit to the number of people allowed in the bakery at one time.

・Due to a mandatory electrical equipment check, all guests must check out at 10:00 AM.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer late check out service on this day.
・The front desk cannot store any luggage unless you are returning with another reservation
on one of these days; 1/10, 1/11, 1/12 due to early closure of the hotel.
