• Enter your personal or credit card information
• Reply to the message or contact the sender

For any inquiries regarding your reservation or payment, please contact us through the official contact information provided on our hotel website.

We kindly ask all guests to remain vigilant and take precautions to protect their personal information.

Due to a legally mandated inspection of our electrical facilities, the entire building—including all guest rooms and restaurants—will be closed on Wednesday, January 6, 2027.

・All guests are kindly requested to check out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out service will not be available.
・Re-entry into the building will not be permitted after 10:00 AM.
・Luggage storage service will not be available after check-out.
