Accommodation

Q. Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Yes.

Please send it to our address (including hotel name), and in the remarks column please write the name of your reservation and the date of check-in (format: “check-in MM/DD”)

Please also take note of the following

1. We only accept deliveries that have been prepaid. We do not accept luggage sent as cash on delivery or as other methods of post-pay shipping.
2. Please inform the hotel in advance when to expect your luggage.
3. If you do not contact us, we are unable to keep you luggage for security reasons.
4. In principle, we cannot store valuables, fragile luggage, perishables, or other luggage with special requirements.

Q. Can I deliver packages from the hotel?

Yes, please go to the front desk. All packages will be sent via Yamato Transport and both cash on delivery or advance payments are accepted. Please don’t hesitate to ask for cardboard boxes (additional fee), paper bags (additional fee), plastic covers (additional fee), tape, etc. for packing.

* Depending on the time of receipt, the order may be sent the following day.

Q. What time is check-in and checkout?

Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. Checkout time may vary depending on your accommodation package.

Q. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before my stay?

Yes, the front desk can keep luggage before and after your stay. However, we cannot store valuables, fragile luggage, perishables, or other luggage with special requirements. We also require that all luggage is collected by close of day on the checkout date.

Q. Do you have a parking lot?

Please use a parking lot nearby.

Q. Are pets allowed?

No. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are of course welcomed. Please let us know in advance if one will be accompanying you.

Q. Do I need to make a booking for the buffet breakfast?

No. Please head to the restaurant directly in the morning, whenever you feel like it on the day.

Q. Is there a laundry service or coin laundry?

A laundry service is available each day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Please bring your items to the front desk by 10:00, to be returned to your room on the same day by 18:00.There is a coin laundry on the fourth floor, open 24 hours.

Q. I have an accommodation plan which includes a theme park ticket. Can I go straight to the theme park before coming to the hotel?

Yes.

For those who request home delivery of tickets:
Please pay the accommodation fee at least one week in advance. For more information regarding this type of payment, please contact us.

For those who chose to receive tickets at the hotel:
You can collect the tickets at the front desk from anytime on the day of check-in until the day of checkout.

Q. Can minors stay without a parent or guardian?

Children below junior high school age (~12 and under) may not stay without a parent or guardian. For other minors (under 18) who wish to stay alone or with another minor, a parent or guardian must fill out and submit the following form at time of check-in.
