Yes, THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku is a non-smoking facility. As such, guests are asked to please refrain from smoking outside of the designated smoking areas.

Q. Is there a baggage storage service for guests prior to check-in?

Yes, guests can store baggage at the front desk prior to check-in.
Guests are asked to collect stored baggage by the end of the day on which they check-out.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is until 10am. Late check-in is no problem, but if you plan to arrive after 12am, please tell us in advance so we can be waiting for you. If you require late check-out, please tell us upon arrival — we may be able to arrange this for a small fee, depending on room availability. The front desk is open 24h.

Yes, paid parking is available behind the hotel. Please note there is a limited number of spaces available.
