Questions about accommodation

Q. Do you have a parking lot?

There is no parking lot at the hotel; however, there are nearby parking lots.

For nearby parking information, please see here. Please note that as the road in front of the hotel is also a tram route, parking and stopping are prohibited at all times.

Q. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the front desk. Please note that we cannot store luggage after your checkout date.

Q. Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Yes, you may pick it up from the front desk. If you will be sending your luggage, please notify us in advance, and include your check-in date and the name of your reservation. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery packages, and we cannot store any valuables or perishables.

Q. Can I deliver packages from the hotel?

Yes, packages can be delivered via Yamato Transport.

Q. What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3 p.m., checkout is at 11 a.m. Check-in and checkout times may vary depending on your accommodation package. Please check your accommodation package for relevant times.

Q. Is there a convenience store nearby?

Yes, there is a Seicomart convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. During exhibition periods at the adjacent gallery, it is not possible to enter Seicomart directly through the hotel at night. We apologize for the inconvenience.
