Questions about accommodation
Q. What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 3 p.m., checkout is at 11 a.m.
Q. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the front desk. Please note that we cannot store luggage after your checkout date.
Q. Do you have a parking lot?
Yes, there is a multi-level parking lot in the hotel.
Parking Spaces: 20
Parking Fee: 3,000 yen for 1 night (3 p.m. to 11 a.m. on the following day)
Size Limits: 1.5m (height), 1.9m (width), 5.0m (length)
Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and reservations are not accepted. If the parking lot is full, or if your car is outside the specified size limits, please use one of the many nearby parking lots.
Q. Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
Yes, you may pick it up from the front desk. If you will be sending your luggage, please notify us in advance, and include your check-in date and the name of your reservation. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery packages, and we cannot store any valuables or perishables.
Q. Can I deliver packages from the hotel?
Yes, packages can be delivered.
Q. What types of payment are accepted?
Cash/Credit card/OR code(barcode)-Paypay, d payment, merpay, au PAY, Ginkopay, Alipay, Wechat Pay, Rakuten Pay, J-Coin Pay
Q. Tell me your cancelation policy.
The cancelation fee will be charged based on our Terms and Condition of Accomodation Contract as below.(Cancellation made by two days prior to the booked date won’ t be charged.)
Cancellation on the previous day: 100% of room charge.
Cancellation on the day: 100% of room charge.
No-show: 100% of room charge.
Q. Is there an additional charge when children are together?
Children under elementary school age can sleep up to 2 children for free.
