This seasonal parfait featuring strawberries and spring-inspired SAKURA.
Topped with the mouthfeel of light mousse is very smooth and gorgeously decorated with gold leaf, bell roses, and mint. The parfait has a good texture which is made by layering up sheets of sweet and sour strawberries and mixed berries, chewy bracken-starch dumplings, and fruit granola.
