Our March–April seasonal cocktail, “#14 BOTANICAL,” is inspired by the plants on the 14th floor rooftop bar and the views seen through its windows.
This lively cocktail captures the spirit of spring, blending smooth tequila, bittersweet Campari, and juicy pink grapefruit with a hint of sugar and Japanese cherry blossom liqueur. Finished with fresh grapefruit slices and thyme, it offers a refreshing balance of botanical notes and zesty citrus in every sip.

This limited-edition cocktail is available for 1,600 yen.
