THE KNOT SAPPORO has started serving the summer menu from June 1.

Start with a refreshing ceviche of sweet shrimp and salmon, delicately scented with lemon and lifted by a hint of orange and lime purée.
Savor tender Hokkaido chicken breast piccata beneath a fluffy egg coating, and finish with a cold corn soup topped with balsamic foam for a refreshing touch.

Feeling the arrival of summer and taste season’s special harvested locally in Hokkaido.
