THE KNOT SAPPORO has started serving an autumn menu from November 1.

You can enjoy the seasonal foods such as the carpaccio of scallop and cold yellowtail from Hokkaido, Hokkaido roast beef with Japanese maitake mushrooms and vegetables from local farmers.
Please enjoy your choice of miso soup with baby scallops or potage of “Sapporo-Ki” onion.
