We have received a report from Temairazu, Inc., the provider of the site controller system used by our hotel to link and manage reservation information between various accommodation booking sites and our company, that unauthorized access by a third party to their system has been confirmed.
According to Temairazu, Inc., while their investigation to date has found no evidence that accommodation reservation information has been viewed or obtained by a third party, they have reported that the possibility cannot be completely ruled out.
At this time, in order to help prevent secondary damage such as phishing scams, we would like to inform our guests of the details currently reported to us by Temairazu, Inc., as well as the precautions we ask our guests to take.
We sincerely apologize for any concern this may cause. Please review the following information and remain cautious of any suspicious messages or communications.

Temairazu, Inc. has also reported that its systems for inventory, rates, reservations, and related data linkage are currently operating normally.
2. Impact on Accommodation Reservation Information
Temairazu, Inc. has reported that, at this time, while no evidence has been confirmed that accommodation reservation information has been viewed or obtained by a third party, the possibility cannot be completely ruled out.
The information that may potentially be affected includes reservation information such as the guest’s name, address, reservation date, and accommodation charges.
Temairazu, Inc. has reported that it does not hold credit card information of reservation holders, and that credit card information is not included in the information that may potentially be affected by this incident.
At this time, the specific hotels, reservation periods, reservation holders, number of reservations, and details of the information that may have been affected in relation to our hotels have not yet been identified. Temairazu, Inc. is continuing its investigation.
3. Caution Regarding Suspicious Messages
Temairazu, Inc. has reported that there have been confirmed cases in which suspicious messages were sent to some reservation holders via WhatsApp.
Please exercise caution if you receive any suspicious messages related to your accommodation reservation via WhatsApp or other social media or messaging services, email, SMS, or similar means, requesting actions such as reservation confirmation, reservation finalization, re-entry of credit card information, urgent payment, or similar procedures.
If you receive a suspicious message, please take the following precautions:
- Do not open any URLs or links included in the message.
- Do not enter your credit card information or any other personal information.
- Do not reply to the suspicious message.
- Do not make any payment or money transfer in accordance with the instructions in the message.
If you wish to confirm your reservation details, please contact us using the contact information listed on our hotel’s official website, or contact the official customer support desk of the accommodation booking site through which you made your reservation.
If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, or if you have made a payment or money transfer, please contact your credit card company or relevant financial institution immediately.
