Is THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku a non-smoking facility?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku is a non-smoking facility. As such, guests are asked to please refrain from smoking outside of the designated smoking areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q. Is there a baggage storage service for guests prior to check-in?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, guests can store baggage at the front desk prior to check-in.<br>Guests are asked to collect stored baggage by the end of the day on which they check-out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is until 10am. Late check-in is no problem, but if you plan to arrive after 12am, please tell us in advance so we can be waiting for you. If you require late check-out, please tell us upon arrival &#8212; we may be able to arrange this for a small fee, depending on room availability.
