【NEWS】Restaurant “SMOKE DOOR” Grand Opening on April 20 (Wed)

A new restaurant “SMOKED DOOR” will open on the 1st floor of THE KNOT YOKOHAMA on April 20(Wed) at 17:30.

The restaurant concept is a “wood-fired restaurant” that brings out the full potential of the ingredients. This cooking method is a primitive cooking method that requires superior skills to bring out the best of the ingredients. Tyler Burges, who served as executive sous chef at San Francisco’s Saison, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant for its wood-fired cuisine, has been invited to join us for a world-class all-day dining experience.
